I received the remote holder and it was broken. I sent an email to the company and they sent me a replacement right away with no charge. Great company to deal with.

Used it for 27 holes and it died on hole 25. I didn’t realize the remote needed to be charged after 18 holes. Will keep that in mind for future reference. When used it was great. One thing that you might want to consider, when ground is wet the wheel throws water. Maybe you could design some sort of mud flap. I made a makeshift one out of thin fixable plastic and it did its job. Doesn’t look great but works. Something to think of. Great product.

I’m on season two with my device. I absolutely love my caddie wheel and what I am most impressed with is the companies customer service. caddie wheel customer service representatives are super responsive. I had a couple of issues during my first season and they resolved them quickly. In addition, they are always improving their product. For example, the original two clips that held the caddie wheel bar to the push cart were made of a hard plastic. I found these more challenging to use in colder weather. Caddie wheel is now using a more durable and softer material that makes the two clips a little more flexible and easier to operate. In my opinion the mark of a great company is listening to customers to taking that input and making the product better- that’s what you are getting when you purchase a caddie wheel device. When you purchase your caddie wheel, do so with confidence. This company back their product and desires happy customers!

Great product , nice price

First off, I love my Caddie Wheel. All the great reviews about this product are true, true, and true. I don't have a problem promoting a product that just makes my life a little easier and a whole lot healthier. But I believe this company's true value, is their top-notch customer service. I've had a couple of minor issues with my set up or a charger that just wasn't working properly and Bob and his team never let me down. They Identified the problem and shipped the solution immediately every time. Thank you Bob and thank you Caddie Wheel, keep up the good work!

I love my Caddie Wheel! Best golf money I've ever spent and I'm 78. I've now walked 36 holes on one charge as advertised. No need to pay for a riding cart so saving money, getting the joy and health benifits of walking. Easy to install on most push carts and a breeze to use. Love the remote cruise control that lets you walk at your own pace! Last but not least they have great support and customer service. My bet is you will be just as happy as me when you get your own caddie Wheel.

Great engineering on the product, speed levels are a nice range (pro level could use a wheelie bar :-) ).Thanks for designing a great product that is nearly half the cost of the leading competitor.

After borrowing two different carts that I didn’t like I took a chance on the Caddie wheel. The other carts were fully remote controlled but I was distracted and felt like I was playing a video game and not focusing on golf.

The complete opposite for the Caddie wheel.’super easy to use the very first time with a 20 minute learning curve at the most.

The Caddie Wheel is fantastic! The remote control has cruise control that you can set for your walking pace which I really like. The unit has all the power you may need for any hill. As they advertise it has no problems going 36 holes and a single charge. I use it in lo speed for my flat course. It's like a walk in the park to use and like so many others will say the support is great! I'm 78 and now walking 18 holes! You won't regret getting yours.

It saves energy, and you don't need to become a driver, operating complex machines on the golf course. I don't want to waste my attention and energy to be a machine operator, I want to enjoy playing golf. The Caddie wheel is the right way to design an electric golf push cart, it’s designed from the perspective of golfers: it feels like a natural extension of my body.
