Compatibility
Caddie Wheel is designed to be used in conjunction with a specific bracket kit for the push cart. Please do not attempt to install a bracket kit on a push cart that is not on the compatibility list. Doing so will void the warranty and can potentially cause damage to your bracket kit, Caddie Wheel, and push cart. Please consult our list of officially compatible carts. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.

Is the Caddie Wheel golf cart capable to turn?
The Caddie Wheel has been designed to only go straight.
Can the Caddie Wheel fit on any push golf cart?
The Caddie Wheel fits on only the golf carts listed on our compatible carts page on our website. We are continuously updating cart compatibility. Contact the support team to see if your cart has been added.
How long will a battery charge last?
A full charge caddie wheel battery will last a minimum of 36 holes. (2 golf games)
Can I still fold my cart once the bracket is installed?
Yes, you can continue to fold your cart as usual after installing the bracket.
Can I play in light rain with a Caddie Wheel?
The Caddie Wheel battery is water resistant. You can play in the rain. Do not submerge your Caddie Wheel.
How long will my battery last?
It can be recharged up to approximately 400 times.

Works great little confusion on the right parts for my pull cart but once I received the right brackets it works great. Also don’t be afraid to adjust the front wheel on the pull cart. Seemed to be pulling to the right a lot the first time I used it, doing half circles but after adjusting the front wheel it goes straight to my ball. Simple to use and effortless to use. Simple really is the way to go thanks gentlemen great product.
I have to admit it was everything g I hoped for. Learning the operation was easy, started out chasing it a bit on hole 1 and 2. Then realized I don’t have to chase it just adjust the speed down to a nice walking pace. 9 holes walked, only 1 hole where I had to assist on the hill - steep walk still not bad for a 76 year old guy who only get to play about 5 months of the year in Alaska.
I purchased this caddie wheel last year and have used it for approximately 15 rounds. Here is my honest experience with the product.
Pros
* The motor is very powerful and makes a noticeable difference, especially when going uphill.
* Installation was quick and straightforward.
* The battery life is excellent.
* Customer service was responsive, with quick replies and timely shipping.
Cons
* The parts are quite flimsy. After only two rounds, the plastic piece that secures the Velcro strap broke.
* I also noticed that the plastic bracket holding the rod has bent, causing the cart to constantly pull to the right instead of tracking straight. This has become very frustrating during a round.
* Given the price, I think you’re better off buying a good-quality used electric push cart.
Unfortunately, after only about a year of ownership and roughly 15 rounds of use, the wheel is no longer usable. While the motor, battery, and customer service are excellent, the durability of the plastic components has been disappointing and does not match the premium price.

Based on what you've described, a bent Caddie Wheel handle is typically the result of the bracket being exposed to high temperatures for an extended period (for example, being left in the trunk of a vehicle). We highlight this precaution in our setup and care instructions before first use to help prevent this from occurring.
Regarding the Velcro strap holder, it is designed to remain secure when installed according to the instructions. If it wasn't installed correctly, it may become damaged during use.

It only took 14 days to get the CaddieWheel to Anchorage. But it was worth the wait. Installed it on Wednesday, walked 9 holes on Thursday. Takes the work out of walking, no more pushing involved. Love it!!
