Great idea and product.
I purchased the Caddie Wheel for my Clicgear cart after seeing my golfing buddy use one. I have a bad left knee which occasionally flares up and I was hoping this would help take the strain off, especially when pushing my cart uphill. It has exceeded my expectations.
The motor is powerful enough and provides excellent assistance, bringing back the joy of just walking the course without pushing a heavy cart with golf clubs. As a senior golfer, one of my favorite features is that the Caddie Wheel's equipment easily detaches from the golf cart. Unlike bulky, heavy all-in-one power carts, I can easily lift my golf cart and the Caddie Wheel separately into and out of my car trunk.
Installation was quite easy. The instructions came with many helpful photos and the package included all the necessary tools, including a specialized tool just for tightening zip ties.
What really sets this company apart is their customer support.
Because I own an older Clicgear 1.0, the standard plastic extension part didn't extend long enough for the cart's latch to snap onto it and secure the folded handle. I emailed support and Bob P. got back to me immediately. He asked for some photos which I sent along with some measurements. He followed up quickly and called me to clarify and understand the issue. He redesigned a custom plastic extension just for my cart. The new part arrived in under a week, installed easily and works perfectly.
I am incredibly happy with the Caddie Wheel and even happier with the expert, personalized support from Bob.
