Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Unopened Items

You may return an unopened item for a full refund, less the cost of the return shipping label, provided that:

  • The item is in new, unused condition.
  • It is returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • You obtain a return label from Caddie Wheel.
  • The item was purchased directly from our website.

We will deduct the cost of the return label from your refund. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed (please allow up to 5 business days)

Opened and Used Items

If the box has been opened and the product has been used, you may still return it within 30 days. However, your refund will be subject to:

  • A 20% restocking fee.
  • The cost of the return shipping label

The item must be returned in good working condition with all original components and packaging. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed accordingly.

Additional Terms

  • If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete due to reasons outside of your control, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement immediately.
  • Used or refurbished items are final sale and not eligible for return unless they arrive non-functional. In that case, you must contact us within five business days to request a refund.


Shipping Rates:
Each individual Caddie Wheel unit ordered will cost US$49.00 shipping and handling to the continental USA and Canada. If an extra bracket kit is ordered along with the Caddie Wheel unit, there will be no additional shipping fee for the bracket kit.

Shipping option:
Shipping services will be contracted with a reputable shipping carrier such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or similar type services.

All shipping parcels will be shipped using tracked ground or economy services. Tracking information will be provided via email once the shipping labels are created.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@caddiewheel.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it promptly for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations about shipping to P.O. Boxes. To avoid delays, if possible, please do not request shipping your items to a P.O. Box.

Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

Caddie Wheel includes a one (1) year limited warranty that covers any defects resulting from manufacturing. If you experience a problem with your product, please contact us at info@caddiewheel.com

Our team will assist you in identifying the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement part or product.

Important Information

  • Replacements provided under this warranty do not extend the original warranty coverage period.
  • This warranty applies only within the contiguous 48 United States and Canada and is valid only for the original purchaser. It is not transferable.
  • This Limited Warranty is offered in addition to any rights you may already have under consumer protection laws.
  • Caddie Wheel is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages that may result from a breach of this warranty or any implied warranties.
  • We will cover all shipping costs related to warranty-covered repairs or parts for the first six (6) months following your purchase. After this period, shipping expenses will be the customer’s responsibility, though we’ll pass along our discounted rates.

Note: Be sure to review the full operating instructions before using your product for the first time.
