Caddie Wheel is designed to be used in conjunction with a specific bracket kit for the push cart. Please do not attempt to install a bracket kit on a push cart that is not on the compatibility list. Doing so will void the warranty and can potentially cause damage to your bracket kit, Caddie Wheel, and push cart. Please consult our list of officially compatible carts. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.

Is the Caddie Wheel golf cart capable to turn?
The Caddie Wheel has been designed to only go straight.
Can the Caddie Wheel fit on any push golf cart?
The Caddie Wheel fits on only the golf carts listed on our compatible carts page on our website. We are continuously updating cart compatibility. Contact the support team to see if your cart has been added.
Can you send a Caddie Wheel to Europe?
Currently (2024) we ship only to the contiguous USA.
How long will a battery charge last?
A full charge caddie wheel battery will last a minimum of 36 holes. (2 golf games)
Can I play in light rain with a Caddie Wheel?
The Caddie Wheel battery is water resistant. You can play in the rain. Do not submerge your Caddie Wheel.
How long with a remote charge last?
The remote charged in the home will last 3 games. Can be charged in the car but it will not last as long.

It can be recharged up to approximately 400 times.

Can I buy the Caddie Wheel at my golf course?
At present, you can buy only online using our website.
I have attached my Caddie Wheel and my cart keeps on veering to one side?
This is an alignment issue with your cart. Check on “How to align your cart” with your cart manufacturer instructions online. Or, contact us for support.
If I buy another installation kit for my wife’s cart, can we use the same caddie wheel?
Yes, except for Sun Mountain, Pathfinder / Micro.
Where can I have the caddie wheel installed. I live in Chicago?

Can I rent the caddie wheel for a season?
We do not provide a rental arrangement. Please contact us to discuss other options.

I am a member of a private club. The club policy is to store clubs and will store the Caddie Wheel but will not recharge it. This creates a problem. Any suggestions?
This is unusual. Most clubs are quite happy to charge the units. Perhaps talk to the club manager.
Is there a way to fold the cart with the Caddie Wheel in place?
No. You will need to remove the Caddie Wheel before folding the golf cart.
