The Caddie Wheel is easy to carry and use with my cart. Helps me with walking the course and a fun experience using the remote control for the push cart.

This is a well made carry case. It makes it so much easier to transport to an from the course.

I sure like the excellent design and performance of the caddie wheel! I played 18 holes on a very hot day on a hilly course, normally I would be tired by the 12 hole but this time was still good on 18!

Easy to use, only took a few holes to get used to it. I’m definitely not as tired at the end of my round.

First thank you to Bob Paffrath for their wonderful customer service and support. I initially ordered the incorrect caddy wheel version kit. I reached out to Bob and Mike and they had me send pictures of my walking cart. Once they had my pictures they informed me to order the CaddieLite 11.5. I returned the original kit, which Mike took care of the expense and afterwards received the kit required for my walking cart. I found the instructions on the website which helped me convert my walking cart to the caddy wheel version. Instructions were very easy to follow.

On the first round the caddy wheel battery had sufficient power to effortlessly to handle my cart bag weight with no issues through the varying terrain of the golf course. One thing I noticed was my cart pulled to the left, thinking it was a caddy wheel issue, I emailed Bob on a Sunday and to my surprise he actually called me. He explained the issue was not with the caddy wheel but rather with the front wheel of my walking cart. The alignment was off. As Bob was not familiar with my particular cart or alignment adjustment setting, he recommended I look up the specs for my particular cart. from the manufacturer. I did not find any instructions from the manufacturer but did find something on YouTube that helped me adjust the alignment on my walking cart. After a few attempts at adjusting the wheel; success!!!!!

Once again love the product and appreciate all the help Mike and Bob provided.

Love it ! Hiking up the slopes at Braeban (Mississauga) and Georgetown is a breeze now.

Easy to assemble, easy to attach, it takes seconds and so easy to use. Definitely an energy saver, it beats pushing your clubs hands down. Need to use both hands going uphill but at least you don’t have to push it. It’s all that’s needed!

The remote works great! Love the wheel to adjust speed and power. Medium setting is fine for walking speed as well as powering up all butt the steepest of hills. Highly recommend.

Installation was a snap (literally). Took less than 20 minutes. Played twice, so far, on hilly courses. Medium speed is fine for all but the steepest hills (a liitle push does the rest or increase speed/power). The light weight of the wheel works against proper braking on downhills, so the wheel skids. Just hold on if you don't want the cart to roll down the hill. Since the remote turns off when in the holder, didn't use it. Result from both rounds was I couldn't be happier with the purchase. I'm recommending to all my friends and if you have a compatible cart, you should get it, too.

Easy set up! Not nearly as tired after 18 holes on very hilly course. No more back pain after just 12-13 holes. Battery still shows 2 bars after 36 holes and sitting for a week between rounds. Customer service is great! Best purchase ever!

It was easy to install, but I managed to lose the anchoring screw. I contacted support and they promptly sent me a replacement. After driving the unit around the yard, it appears to be very easy to use
